Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.

  3. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an error on our part.
Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at [email protected].

Non-Returnable Items

Stolen or Lost Items

We provide tracking for all orders but are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
